Pacific Northwest Planners provides conference services, event planning, and tradeshow management services in Canada for group sizes from 10 to 1500 people. PNWP has been in business since 1996.

PNWP’s focus is to deliver professional conference, event and tradeshow management services by providing superior customer service and care, quick response time and the ability to exceed expectations to clients, delegates and exhibitors.

  2. To build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to provide clients with top quality service.
  3. To build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  4. To keep up to date with industry news to study the latest trends to enhance service to clients.
  5. To request feedback from clients, suppliers, and delegates to constantly monitor level of service provided.

Many of the conferences have re-booked with PNWP for a number of years because of the eye to detail, excellent service to delegates and the passion of providing guests with a memorable experience at an event or conference that PNWP provides.
